For over 15 years Singleton operated under corporation status. Providing housing and advocacy services. Singleton Community Services became a 501(c)(3) in 2015. We took two and half years to study the types of affordable housing we wanted to create by traveling the United States and working with other groups creating affordable housing. SCS understands there are many affordable housing model out there, but believes Micro Homes, Container Homes and Intentional Living environments best fit our housing model.
